Why I Started Performance
Coaching

Sales didn't come naturally to me. In 2017, during my initial months in the B2B outbound sales world, I was  just scraping by with the "company-sponsored" training I was receiving —barely effective enough to keep my job and largely written off by my sales manager at the time

After taking progress into my own hands I quickly saw improvements, rocketing into the company's top 10, earning my place in consecutive Presidents' Clubs and later transitioning into management, developing teams to consistent top-of-the-leaderboard performances
