Hi, I'm Alex Heine, Founder of Tsunami Sales Consulting.

 

I hold an enduring belief that individuals who habitually demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, coachability, and mental grit are capable of achieving whatever they need.

 

What you can expect from my coaching is personalized support to help you break through your current ceiling. 

 

My guidance is a culmination of 7+ years of experience working at the front line in sales orgs across industry-leading digital agencies and from my work in the field today.


In my free time you can bet on finding me exploring the outdoors with my wife and puppy, checking out a new restaurant, or somewhere on a beach.

What is does your ideal client look like?

  • You know the basics of outbound sales, but you’ve reached a plateau or you’re simply looking for more support on how to reach the next level of performance. 

  • You're an SDR/BDR who wants to become an AE or Sales Manager

  • You're an AE who wants to become a Sales Manager

  • You're a SDR/AE Manager who wants to help their team perform at a higher level

  • Regardless of your background or experience, if you genuinely want to improve these skillsets, and are willing to implement new advice, we'll get along just fine

How do I know if this isn't for me?

  • Basically, if you don’t want to work in any sales role or capacity. If this is you, you probably already know that about yourself.

  • I’ve worked with many intelligent, capable people over the years, many of whom I still maintain contact with as friends, who were simply not the right fit and did not want to make the mindset and behavioral changes necessary. And that's OK -- sales isn't the right fit for everyone.

  • This is not to say that being an SDR/AE has to be your long-term plan, but bottom line, I can’t make you want it.

  • If you do see this type of skill development as a path for career advancement, or are at least on the fence, it’s probably worth at least an initial call to discuss in detail

What does getting started look like?

  • The easiest way to get started is to book your free, no obligation intro to determine our compatibility and project scope

  • If we decide to proceed, I need to assess your current level of performance and your goals. This typically best  accomplished by reviewing your KPIs in your current role and listening to a few of your recorded sales calls

  • From there, it's up to you how often we work together. You can select individual coaching sessions or upgrade to a Performance Retainer for ongoing support
